The founding of the Illés and Szabó Law Association took place at a time when the Hungarian legal market was both highly traditional and extremely saturated. While traditional law firms remained stable players, the digitalization of real estate legal services and the development of client experience had long been pushed into the background.
Recognizing this gap, Dr. Géza Illés and Dr. Judit Anna Szabó established e-ingatlanügyvédek.hu as a professional community, with the aim of introducing modern, fast, technology-supported real estate legal administration in Hungary.
Between 2023 and 2025, the business implemented significant innovation: it launched Hungary’s first online real estate legal platform specifically designed to provide comprehensive support for private individuals in residential property purchases and real estate legal matters.
I have been working as an attorney since 2017. From the very beginning of my career, my focus has been on real estate law and corporate transactions. Throughout my practice, I have always believed that legal services are truly valuable when they combine professional precision, human attention, and innovative solutions — an approach I follow in every case, whether it involves a simple residential property purchase or complex investment projects.
