These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) set out the general provisions of the mandate relationship between Dr. Judit Anna Szabó, sole practitioner attorney (hereinafter: Attorney) and the natural or legal person using legal services (hereinafter: Client).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services provided by the Attorney are governed by the provisions of these GTC as a supplement to the individual mandate agreement.
These GTC qualify as general contractual terms under Section 6:77 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code of Hungary.

Establishment of the Mandate Relationship
A mandate relationship is established between the Client and the Attorney:
- by signing a written mandate agreement, or
- by an electronically submitted offer and its confirmation by the Attorney.
In real estate matters, the mandate is concluded in writing prior to countersignature of the deed.
The Attorney reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a mandate without justification.
Scope of Services
The Attorney provides, in particular, the following services:
- drafting and countersigning real estate purchase agreements
- drafting donation agreements
- legal consultancy
- deed drafting and countersigning
- legal representation in land registry proceedings
- legal representation in individual matters
The Attorney relies on the facts provided by the Client. The Attorney shall not be liable for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Electronic Legal Services
The Attorney provides the possibility of contact and contract conclusion via electronic means.
An electronic agreement:
- qualifies as a written contract,
- is concluded in Hungarian,
- is recorded and archived by the Attorney.
The Client receives confirmation within 48 hours of acceptance of the offer.
Legal Fees
The Attorney’s services are subject to fees.
Fees are determined:
- by individual agreement, or
- according to the Attorney’s published fee schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- the Attorney may request an advance payment,
- the fee becomes due within the deadline specified in the agreement.
If the matter is terminated before contract signing, the Attorney is entitled to remuneration proportionate to the work already performed.
Payment Terms
Payment may be made by:
- bank transfer
- cash
- electronic payment systems (if available)
The Attorney issues an invoice in all cases.
In case of late payment, statutory default interest under the Hungarian Civil Code shall apply.
Attorney-Client Confidentiality
The Attorney is bound by full professional secrecy regarding all information obtained during the mandate..
Attorney-client privilege:
- applies without time limitation
- extends to all collaborators
Documents are retained for at least 10 years in accordance with applicable law.
Data Protection
The Attorney processes personal data:
- for the purpose of fulfilling the mandate, and
- based on legal obligations.

Complaints may be submitted to:

The Attorney investigates complaints within a reasonable time and responds in writing.
Governing Law and Final Provisions
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular:
- the Civil Code (Act V of 2013)
- Act LXXVIII of 2017 on Legal Practice
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the individual mandate agreement shall apply.
